Shipping:
We ship using UPS Ground, USPS, OR FEDEX. Please use the shipping calculator for your shipping costs.
International customers must email [email protected] for shipping quotes. Shipping costs can be substantially higher. We do offer an alternative option. International customers may obtain a United States shipping address through a shipping forwarder that we have partnered with. This may save you money on the cost of shipping. If you are interested please contact us for instructions on how to sign up.

Customs and Brokerage Fees:
Customs departments of other countries may charge extra fees or tarriffs for international shipments. Such fees are variable and you should contact your country's customs department to see if you will need to pay any additional fees to claim your shipment. Because such fees are very variable our store will not calculate or include these fees in your total. The receiver will be responsible for any of these types of fees and charges.
Return policy:
Refunds are minus original shipping cost and 20% restocking fee.
Customers must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product to notify us. All returns must have an RMA number. Returns without a RMA number will not be accepted. We will not accept returns for items that are not defective. If you receive a defective product we will gladly replace it within 30 days of sale.
Returns are not accepted for custom made products.
